Brussel Sprouts!


Who woulda guessed?

Simmered for 5 minutes in lightly salted water.

Sautee'd with really good bacon, onions, shiitake mushrooms and spinach.

Finished with a little butter and lemon juice.

My wife has never finished a brussel sprout in her life. She ate at least a dozen!
