Well, I coulda swore I've blogged recently, oh well. Here is the low down on New Mexico's very own Organic Aged Balsamic Vinegar.
Let's start by saying that when they say that each bottle has as much grape juice as it takes to make 50 bottles of wine, I believe it. It is much sweeter than I would have anticipated in a vinegar, but the flavor is unbelievable. I've been drizzling it on most everything...melons, figs, peaches and cheeses.
I thought I had enjoyed good balsamic before, but this is unlike anything that carries the "balsamic" label.
